Catering in Ocotillo
A neighborhood built around water, in the middle of the desert.
Ocotillo runs to roughly 1,900 acres at the south end of Chandler, wrapped around more than 160 acres of interconnected lakes and a 27-hole Ted Robinson golf course. It gives you something almost no other Chandler address has: a backyard on the water, at dusk, in October.
That is the setting most of our Ocotillo events are built for. Homes here back onto lakes and fairways, the enclaves are quiet and often gated, and the Price Corridor is a five-minute drive up Price Road — so a good share of the people hosting here are the same executives hosting customers on campus during the week.
We cater the residences. If your event is at Ocotillo Golf Club itself, the club runs food and beverage in house; what we usually pick up in that case is the rest of the weekend — the welcome dinner, the rehearsal dinner, the morning-after brunch at the house.

Ocotillo is a lovely place to host and a slightly awkward place to cater. None of it is a problem if it is handled early, and all of it is a problem at 4pm on the day.
Gated entry and the guest list
Several enclaves are gated. We send you vehicle details and a full staff list well ahead of the event so your gate or community association has everything in advance, and we arrive in one truck instead of a convoy.
Power at the water
The best spot on the property is usually the furthest from an outlet. We bring quiet generators, our own cook line and event lighting, so a lawn on the lake works as well as a kitchen.
Streets, staging and the crew
Ocotillo streets wind and there is rarely room to park a catering crew out front. We walk the property first, agree a load-in path, and stage the brigade somewhere your guests never see.
Association rules and end times
Amplified sound, tents and finish times are set by your association, not by us. We confirm the limits with you before we build the service timeline, so the last course does not land after the music has to stop.

Do you cater private homes in Ocotillo?
Yes. Most of our Ocotillo work is at private residences across Waters at Ocotillo, Ocotillo Lakes, Ocotillo East and the surrounding enclaves. Food is prepared in our commercial kitchen, then finished, plated and served at the property by our team. We leave the space the way we found it.
Can you cater an event at Ocotillo Golf Club?
Ocotillo Golf Club handles food and beverage in house, so outside catering is generally not permitted there. We cater the residence side of an Ocotillo weekend instead: welcome dinners, rehearsal dinners, morning-after brunches and private parties at homes in the community.
Can you set up on a lakeside lawn with no power or kitchen access?
Yes. We bring our own cooking equipment, quiet generators and event lighting, so a lawn on the water works as well as a kitchen. We walk the property first to plan the cook line, the service path and where the crew stages out of sight of your guests.
How do you handle gated entry and guest access in Ocotillo?
