Sun Lakes covers roughly six square miles at the south edge of Chandler — a Robson-built active adult community of about 6,683 homes and more than 16,000 residents, organised into five country clubs: Sun Lakes, Cottonwood, Palo Verde, Ironwood and Oakwood, each with its own golf course and amenity centre.

Most of what we cater here is at private residences and in association ballrooms. Several clubhouses run their own food and beverage, so if your event is booked in one of those rooms, check the outside-catering rules first — we will tell you what to ask, and we will happily take the rest of the weekend if the room itself is off limits.

Several Sun Lakes clubhouses run their own food and beverage operation and restrict outside caterers. Confirm this before you book the room. If it is restricted, we cater the residence side instead and it works just as well.
Guard gates and an older guest list
Ironwood and Oakwood are guard-gated. We send staff and vehicle details ahead. We also plan drop-off and seating around guests who should not be walking far or standing through a long reception.
Association rooms and their rules
Ballroom bookings come with their own end times, kitchen access and clean-up requirements. We work to whatever the association sets and confirm it in writing before the timeline is built.
